Enzo Salsano is a co-founder of Cemento, from 1988 has built over 3000 apartments, Enzo has been planning, designing & delivering major projects for over 40 years, and through this has gained a thorough understanding of the risks and opportunities associated of with major projects that allow him to successfully delivery projects after projects.

Stephen Fabrizio

Managing Director

Stephen Fabrizio is a co-founder of Cemento, as-well as being an executive director, Stephen role is to have strategic oversight of the business as-well as leading the company growth and diversification into new markets, Stephen’s 25 years of industry experience ranging from project to construction management allows him to also oversee the implementation of the safety, sustainability & quality control systems that form Cemento core values.
